Corrections Policy

Updated 28 July 2026

Accurate planning information matters. If you find an error, an outdated detail or a broken source link, please tell us.

How to submit a correction

Use the contact form, select “Correction or update”, and include the page URL, the exact statement at issue and a reliable source that supports the change.

How reports are reviewed

We compare the report with official or first-party information where possible. We may contact the relevant authority or operator when the public record is unclear. Commercial pressure is not accepted as a reason to remove accurate criticism or change rankings.

What happens after a correction

Confirmed errors are corrected as soon as practical. Substantive corrections update the page’s visible review date and any matching structured data or discovery feeds. Minor spelling and formatting changes may not change the editorial date.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge useful correction reports within two business days. Complex or disputed matters may take longer to verify.
